He is survived by: his children, Matthew Shaw (Melissa) of Glasgow, Jonathan Shaw (Lisa Salmons) of Louisville, Chris Mullins (Brookie), Lee Mullins (Kandice) of Glasgow and Carolyn Shaw-Chandler (Rodney) of Cleveland; the mother of his children Gaye Shaw; and his grandchildren, Addison, Ava, Adlee Mullins, Lilian, Parker Adair, Taw, Wylah, Kodi Mullins, Kenna and Lanna Shaw.
