She was predeceased by: her parent Franklin Simonds Farnum; and her brother Franklin Simonds Farnum, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Emma Shaw Farnum; her husband Eugene P. Avery; her children, Dean (Barbara Avery), David Avery of Edmonton and Lynn (Jimmie Lee); her grandson Daniel (Elizabeth); her sons, Matthew, Isaac and Andrew Avery of Papillion, Nebraska; her sisters, Irene Gay of Tolland, Connecticut and Julie Moyer of Cape Coral, Florida; and her sister-in-law Shirlie Farnum of Boise. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
