He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Preston and Beatrice Evelyn Syra Smith; and his brother Jim Russell Smith. He is also survived by one sister and two brothers.
Due to current Covid-19 Crisis the funeral will be limited and a walk through visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday, after 9:00 AM Sunday and Monday.
