He was predeceased by: his parents, Alley Blair and Mary Sanders Blair; and his wife Sue Ann Bailey Blair. He is survived by: his daughter Vanessa Yates of Greensburg; his caregiver Libby Burton of Knob Lick; and also Richard Lee Blair (Jessica) of Smiths Grove.
