He is survived by: his wife Maxine Bankard of Edmonton, KY; his children, James Wesley Bruce (Kathleen) of Edmonton, KY, Charles Allen Bankard (Susan Lynn) of Peoria, IL and Tammy Wren of Yuma, AZ; his brother Richard C. Bankard of Westminster, MD; his grandchildren, Justin T. Bruce (Natalie), Rebecca Taylor (Alex), Megan Wren, Kenneth Allen Bankard (Abigail) and Jacob Scott Bankard; and his granddaughter-in-law Brittany Bruce. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
