She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Neal and Leola Gardner Smith; her son Mark Smith; and her siblings, Tommy Smith, David "Bobo" Smith, Mary Lou Jessie and Patricia "Prissy" White.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Butler; and her close friends, Larry Wilson and Sharon Young. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Butler Funeral Home (201 East St, Edmonton, KY 42129). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
