He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Sparks and Mary Lane Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Jean Dillingham Sparks of Edmonton; his siblings-in-law, Robert (Evelyn Dillingham) and Judy Dillingham; and his pet Kennedy.
