He is survived by: his brothers, John Earl and Roger Dale Harper; his wife Loretta Hammond Harper; his siblings, Marshall Harper of Edmonton, Tommy Harper of Tennessee, Linda Taylor of Glasgow and Sue White of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Brittany, Brielle, Christopher, Dylan, Savannah, Taylor, Wesley, Terry, Constance, Michael, Billy and Natalia; and his pet Snowball.
