He is survived by: his parents, Billy Hurt and Ruth Ann Shive Hurt; his sister Kari (Adam Harper); his nephew Jackson Harper; his niece Karlee Harper; his grandson Mason; and also Steven Gray. He is also survived by several relatives and friends.
