He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cassady and Helen VanZant Cassady; his grandson David Nathan Cassady; and his siblings, James Cassady, Dorothy Lamberth, Eugene "Bug", Ruby Roberts and Margie Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Louella Harris Cassady; his sons, Micheal "Butch" Cassady (Renee) and L. David Cassady (Terri); his sister Betty Bunch (Rex); his grandchildren, Micah Cassady Thompson (Darren), Alex Cassady (Stephanie), April Taylor (Casey) and Eris Anne Smith; and his great grandchildren, Lynzee Cassady, Myles Cassady, Lexie, Rinoa Cassady, Cassady Thompson and Elodie Taylor.
Memorials may be made to the Pink Ridge Cemetery.
