With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard R. Foster of Edgewood, Kentucky, who passed away on November 7, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foster and Helen Foster; his wife Lois Ann Foster; and his sister Shirley Foster White. He is survived by: his stepson Fred Brown. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10, great grandchildren, 4 nieces and 3 nephews.
