He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Richard and Lillian Thomas Moore Marshall; his brothers, Jimmy and Gary Marshall; and his grandfather Doc.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Lita Powell Marshall; his daughter Melanie Swigert (Robbie); his grandchildren, Lita Anne Newman (Will), Krissy Locker (Jonathan) and Richard Swigert; his great grandchildren, Cason, Waylon Locker and Rylan Newman; and his siblings, Sue Leite (Fransisco), JoKay Clark and David Marshall (Pat). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Burial will follow in the Owenton Cemetery and memorials may be made to either the Owenton First Christian Church or Owen County Friends of Animals.
