He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Windhorn; and his brother Ray Windhorn. He is survived by: his sons, Dave Windhorn (Jody) of Burlington and Paul Windhorn (Debi) of Ft. Wright; his grandchildren, David, Hanna, John and Luke; his stepchildren, Cornelia Shelnutt (Allen) of Johnson City, TN and Lawson Chapman (Melanie) of Elsmere; and his stepgrandsons, Jackson and Colin.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to the charity of your choice.
