He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Robert, Sr. and Beulah; his wife Jacqueline Ann; and his daughter Barbara Ann Conley. He is survived by: his sons, Darrell Cox (Cindy) and Doug Cox (Mary Kay); his girlfriend Jayne Newport; his son-in-law James "Jim" Conley; his grandchildren, Doug Conley, Jordan Cox, Taylor Cox, Ryan Cox and Chase Cox; and his great grandchild Calvin Cox.
