She was predeceased by: her husband Greg Lee "Hoag" Starnes; and her parents, George Roberts and Shirley Marie Beach Roberts. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Starnes of Cincinnati, OH, Jeffrey Starnes (Susan) of Edgewood, KY, Phil Starnes of Ft. Wright and J. Todd Starnes (Cindy) of Taylor Mill, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
