He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Marion and Lois Mae Shadler Mann. He is survived by: his sister Tina Mann; his children, Samantha Mann (Jeremy Conley) of Dry Ridge, KY, Rhonda Compton (Stanley) of Dry Ridge, KY and Eric Mann of Dry Ridge, KY; and his sisters, Linda Huffman, Grace Mullins and Kimberly Code. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
