With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Elkins (Edgewood, Kentucky), born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Elkins and Ethel Pearl Toler Elkins. He is survived by: his aunt Betty Staton Watts (Herman) of Winchester; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Perdue of Murrells Inlet, Richard Lee Elkins (Fran) of Milton and Gregory Allan Elkins (Cindy) of Milford, Delaware. He is also survived by extended family; and friends.
