He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tuemler and Estelle Tuemler; his wife Shirley Schmeusser Tuemler; and his siblings, William, Rosemary, Estelle "Babe", Elizabeth, Vernon "Gus", Robert, Lewis "Pat", Leonard and Norbert.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Penny (Russ), George (Beth), Hope (Pat) and Amy (Dale); his grandchildren, Joseph (Ashley), Rachel (James), Erin (Joe), Matt (Erin), Ryane (Nick), Meredith (Eric), Paul (Maria) and Emma (Chris); and also, Maya, Wren, Amelia, Sarah, Allison, Lucy, Lily, Nora, Boden, Michael, Henry, Charlotte and Ava.
