She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Rouse; and her sister Gloria Bushelman. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Smith of Springdale, OH and Kris Miller; and her son-in-law Barry Miller of Florence, KY..
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Erlanger Baptist Church (116 Commonwealth Ave, Erlanger, KY 41018).
She enjoyed participating in walks for JDRF, American Heart Association and many others.
