He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Halpin and Mary Lou Halpin; his son Jared; and his brother Steve Halpin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Halpin; his daughters, Chrissy Dean (Brent) and Amy Johnson (Kyle); his daughter-in-law Jaime Halpin; his grandchildren, Blake Johnson, Logan Dean, Tyler Johnson, Jackson Halpin, Colton Dean, Carter Halpin, Abby Halpin and Reagan Dean; and his siblings, Mary Anne Gurnee, Pat Walls, Michael Halpin, Sue Rahali, Barb McGraw, Janice Halpin and Brad Halpin.
