She was predeceased by: her husband Myron Hornyak. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Rose (Jennifer) of Erlanger, Kevin Rose (Tamara) of Troy and Bruce Rose (Carolyn) of Cornelius, N. C.; her sister Nancy White (Robert) of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.; and her grandchildren, Madison Thiel (Jonathon), Madeline, Alexa, Matthew, Erica and Andrew Rose.
