It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Richards Preece of Edgewood, Kentucky, born in Athol, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 31, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Jane Vorce; and his siblings, Margaret, Kathleen, Paula, Brian, Joan and Mark.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Preece of Edgewood, KY and Marideth Kingsley (Terry) of Independence, KY; his grandchildren, Colin Kingsley and Emma Kingsley; and his siblings, Michael Preece (Jeannette), Colin Preece (Annette), Shawn Preece (Joye), Daniel Preece (Joanie), Mary Preece and Claire Barrie (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Sympathy may be expressed by a memorial contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
