He is survived by: his mother Brenda Yvonne Richmond Skaggs; his wife Amanda Jane Stewart Skaggs; his children, Desiree Yvonne Skaggs of Turners Station, KY, Olivia Lee Josephine Dixon of Turners Station, KY, Cody Garland Skaggs (Crystal) of Ft. Thomas, KY and Charles Dayden Clay of Turners Station, KY.; his siblings, Rhonda S. Riley (Rob) of Carrollton, KY and Gilbert Cleveland "Tooter" Skaggs (Andrea) of Bedford, KY.; and his parents-in-law, Terry Stewart of Carrollton, KY and Linda Smith Stewart of English, KY.. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
