He is survived by: his wife Cora Ruth Bays Peters; his daughters, Lisa Anne Cramer of Dry Ridge and Shawna Renee Peters of Independence; and his siblings, Cecil Peters of Union, Alma Smith of Barbourville, Freida Todd of Corinth, Ann Mills of Flat Lick, Carolyn Sue Bright of Flat Lick and Tammy Richmond of Barbourville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
