He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pike; his children, Lauren Mullins (Matt), Jeff Pike (Andrea) and Taryn Skees (Ricky); his siblings, Alan Pike (Mary), Julia Pike, Caroline Pike and Donna Dockery (John); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Lilly, Bennett, Ethan, Avery, Aiden, Natalie, Ellie, Hudson and Nolan. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
