He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Stewart Tanksley (Roy) of Florence, KY; his wife Angela Crystal Noel Beaty; his children, Johnathon Ross Beaty of Dry Ridge, Christopher Michael Beaty of Dry Ridge and Heather Nichole Beaty of Dry Ridge; his brothers, William Robert Beaty of Ohio and Cecil Ross Beaty of Walton; and his grandchildren, Brayden Blaze, Serenity Rayne, Raelynn Renea, Athena Hazely, Jackson Maddrox and Christopher Remington.
