She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stevens and Emma Brown Stevens; her husband William "Bill" Cook; her grandson Tyler Hart; and her siblings, Phil Stevens, Geneva "Neve" Elder, Faye Hickman, Marie "Ree" Goff and Beulah Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Clinton Hart (Kim) of Petersburg, Bruce Hart (Desiree) of Cincinnati and Deborah Pernell (Jackie) of Independence; her sisters, Gusta "Sis" Elder of Florence, Juanita McHargue of Indianapolis, Deloris McClure (Howard) of Mt. Vernon and Shirley Thompson (Arnold) of Bandy; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Morris (Ed), Brittney Frietch (Drew), Thomas Pernell, Kendall Hart, Kaylan Gunn (Nathan), Brayden, Tristen, Malea, Ashlyn and Adrianna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Grant County Animal Shelter.
