He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Neubacher and Mary Neubacher; and his sister Marie Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Ruth Anne Neubacher; his children, Julie Neubacher, Jay Neubacher (Linda) and Francie Condon (Steve); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Brianna, Anna and Jacob; and his sister Judy Neubacher.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Pius X Church (348 Dudley Rd, Edgewood, KY 41017). A Mass was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
