He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Cook. He is survived by: his children, Tom (Cathy), Jim (Roxanne), Patty Flanary (Walker), Dave (Ann) and Pam Schuck (Robert Kevin). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
