He was predeceased by: his former wife Phyllis Perry; his wife Lana Perry; his sons, Stephen and Timothy Perry; and his siblings, Ronnie Perry and Elsa Earls.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Riffle (Dave), Kathy Pritchett (Randy), Stewart Perry (Mary Ann) and Eric Perry (Sylvia); his stepson Jim Dietz (Stephanie); and his siblings, Ed Perry and Jackie Beauchamp. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
