He is survived by: his wife Kathy Brooks Lee of Sparta, KY; his sons, Eric M. Lee (Neece) of Carrollton, KY and David S. Lee (Elizabeth) of Sparta, KY; his daughter-in-law Rachel Lee of Donna, TX; and his siblings, Lloyd Lee of Worthville, KY, Evangelene Harsin of Verona, KY and Sharon Lee of Carrollton. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
