He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kruskamp and Leoria Kruskamp; and his siblings, Jack Kruskamp, Larry Kruskamp and Betty Kruskamp.
He is survived by: his children, Jon Kruskamp (Heather), Kristina Kruskamp (Dan), Erika Woods (Matt), Kelton Kruskamp (Adrianne), Keenan Kruskamp (Jennifer) and Kelita Gentry (Carl); and his siblings, Sharlyn Morgan, Vicki Compton and Kevin Kruskamp. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
