She was predeceased by: her father Russell Perry; and her brother Steven Chandler. She is survived by: her mother Linda Perry; her husband Zac Klefeker; her children, Ayden Klefeker, Allen Klefeker, Thomas King, Craig Klefeker, Christina Klefeker and Jessie King; her siblings, Shirley Perry and Jennifer Perry; her mother-in-law Diane Goodrich; her brothers-in-law, Sean Goodrich and Cory Goodrich; and her nephew Cameron.
Due to COVID-19, all in attendance are to wear a mask or facial covering and practice social distancing.
