She was predeceased by: her husband Gary B. Berkemeier; and her parents, Clayton Hicks and Dorothy Hicks. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Cindy Kopczyk (Larry), Tammy Scully (Nick), Shelley Rigg and Jeff Berkemeier (Judy); her brother John; and her sister-in-law Susan Hicks.
