It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delbert Daniel Deatherage of Edgewood, Kentucky, born in Grants Lick, Kentucky, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Deatherage and Leona Deatherage; his wife Genie Deatherage; and his brothers, Hobart and Bernard "Bernie" Deatherage.

He is survived by: his sons, Steven Deatherage (Kathleen) and David Deatherage (Patty). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Since COVID, he bought an electric wheelchair to tour the neighborhood and greater the greater Edgewood area.
