He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Allen and Regina Allen (Becker). He is survived by: his wife Linda Schaefer; his sister Gina Trapp; his siblings-in-law, Doug and Pam Schaefer; his granddaughter Monicka Allen; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Mackenzie Schaefer, Luke and Lacee Trapp; and his extended family, Kayte, Craig Girten, Mike and Cheryl Berkel.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1150 Donaldson Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Saint Stephen Cemetery (1523 Alexandria Pike, Fort Thomas, KY 41075).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to two organizations that were important to Dave: Catholic Charities (https://secure.qgiv.com) or Mary Queen of Heaven Church.
