Winters and Deborah Winters (Palmer); his wife Ginny Winters (Emerson); his children, Drake Winters (Justine), Brittany Winters, Kaleb Winters, Katelyn Huddleston (T. J.), Gregory Marks, Joshua Marks (Carrie), Michael Marks, Geoffrey Marks (Audrey) and Emily Eudaly (Trey); his grandchildren, Annabelle, Josephine, Madelyn, Rosilynn, Emmarie, Jameson, Joshua, Myles, Emberblyn and Everett; and his sister Dressa Cappel (Brian).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jackman Hensley Funeral Home (215 E Broadway St, Harrison, OH 45030). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
