He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Stamper and Addie Moore Stamper; and his wife Irene. He is survived by: his daughters, Dusty Stamper Walker of Richmond, Kristen Stamper Fultz (James) of Richmond and Alisha Stamper Proctor (Kyle) of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jaima, Kristopher, Shelby Fultz, Kiana Walker and Emelyn Gray Iredan Proctor; his great grandchildren, Arya Rose Walker and Emma Grace Johnson; and his sister Diane Muzyczuk. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
