She is survived by: her daughters, Cherie Pennington (Ricky) of Glencoe and Sabrina Rouse (Rick) of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kara of Lexington, Emily Pennington of Lexington, Megan of Walton, Kentucky, Jared of Walton, Kentucky and Jacob Rouse of Walton, Kentucky; her siblings, Pronda Todd of Booneville, Kentucky and David Congleton of Dry Ridge; and her nieces and nephews, Angie Congleton, Jennifer Frolich, Matthew Congleton and Krystle Hardy. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
