She is survived by: her son George (Teresa Riley); her siblings, Gayle (Ken Moyer), Ken Shively (Tawnya) and Jerry Shively (Barb); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Felicity and Peyton; and her close friends, Albert, Sylvia, Maria, Alberto, Jennifer, Amanda and Crystal.
