He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene and Geneva Wade; his brothers, Mitchael Wade II and Brandon Luken; his grandchildren, Braelynn and Geneva Jump; and his uncle Bill Wade.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Beth Krallman; his children, Damon Wade, Destiny Wade (Cody Hunley), Maylassia Wade (Billy Dobbs), Hunter Wade (Mikayla), Drexel Wade, Bailey Krallman, Kaden Krallman, Brayden Krallman and Courtney Fugate; his parents, Mitchael Wade (Diane) and Nancy Faulkner; his siblings, Janson Wade, Justin Wade, Chris Wade, Davey Wilson and D. J. Thomas; and his grandchildren, Amaya Hunley, Kinsley Wade, Zyler Dobbs, Ezrah and Saige.
