With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter L. Harper (Eddyville, Kentucky), who passed away on August 30, 2019 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lina Nelson Harper of Hendron, KY and Walter K. Harper; his daughter Amanda Basham (Ben); his siblings, Deanna Stegmann (Mike), Kelley Epling (J. R.) and Kelly Harper of Benton, KY; his grandchildren, Jax Basham and Hunter Basham; and his nieces, Haley Terry, Sheena Hoadley, Chelsey Olson, Jessica Edwards, Whitney Harper, Magen Minyard, Jordan Minyard and Jesse Bradley.
