She is survived by: her husband Percy Brandon of Eddyville, KY; her sons, Adam Phelps (Samantha), Mehlingen, Germany and Joel Phelps (Dana); her stepchildren, David Brandon (Marilyn) of Henderson, KY, Robert Brandon (Karen) of Eddyville, KY, Mark Brandon (Laura) of Marion, KY and Charity Dersheimer (Dave) of Owensboro, KY; her sister Carol Stromatt of Elizabethtown, KY; and her grandchildren, Kaelin Phelps, Declan Phelps, Kory Phelps, Illa Phelps and C. J. Phelps. She is also survived by six step grandchildren, several step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
