It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Hughes of Eddyville, Kentucky, born in Litchfield, Minnesota, who passed away on October 28, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Housman and Jerry Hughes; his brother Pete Hughes; and his stepsisters, Kathlyn Housman and Barbara Housman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hughes; his sons, Jerry Hughes of Hanson, KY and Danny Hughes; his stepdaughter Angie Maerz; his stepsister Phyllis Pollock; his granddaughter Feonia Hughes Haynes (Jake) of Hanson; his stepgranddaughters, Samantha Maerz and Ashley Maerz; his niece Bridgette Ellington; and his nephew Tony Hughes.
