She was predeceased by: her former husband Carl Watkins; her parents, Russell Warren Duncan and Mary Anne Gilihan Duncan; and her brother Doug Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Carla Walker (Darrell), Steve Stovall (Sandy) and Rusty Stovall (Loraine); her sister Arletta Howard; her husband Kenneth of Owenton, KY; her brother Roy Duncan (Margaret); and her grandchildren, Amber Holley (Jeremy), Chaney Walker, Kennedy Walker, Blake Stovall, Tim Walker, Chad McGregor and Torri Paige. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
