She is survived by: her parents, Terry L. Smith and Linda L. Cardwell Smith of Eddyville, KY; her son Kyle Laffoon of Princeton, KY; and her sisters, Lori Whittle (Gary) of Bowling Green, KY and Tina Alverio (Pedro) of Eddyville, KY..
