He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, Harold F. Connor and Elizabeth Scott Connor; his daughter Kimberly Griffin; and his brothers, Mike Connor and Tommy Connor.
He is survived by: his children, Sheri Hopkins of Pekin, IL, Angela Dowds (Butch), Marquette Heights, Kelly Ruwe (Stuart) and Buddy Hopkins (Natasha) of Ledbetter, KY; his son-in-law Brad Griffin of Paducah, KY; and his sister Anita Peck of Danville, IL. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren and two nieces.
