Richard Whittington Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, at the age of 79, Richard Whittington (Eddyville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, R. P. Whittington and Verble Whittington; and his sisters, Melinda Whittington Sollman and Sarajean Whittington Ethridge. He is survived by: his wife Sally Hayes Whittington; his daughters, Sarah Hayes Anderson (Andy) of St. Charles, Illinois and Frances Lauren Gaddie (Brandon) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Axel, Afton, Fancy Anderson, Ruben, Wake and Olin Pierce Gaddie; and his brother Rodney Whittington (Kathy) of Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
