He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Phelps Wegrzyn of Eddyville, KY; and his children, Ricky Wegrzyn (Margie), Randy Wegrzyn (Shannon) of Chicago, IL, Brian Wegrzyn (Marla), Lee Wolfe (Cindy) of Hudson City, FL, David Wolfe (Sara) of Cadiz, KY, LaVonna Wileman (Steve) of Eddyville, KY and Theresa Buck. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
