It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Eugene Chancey (Eddyville, Kentucky), who passed away on February 7, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jerry Chancey and Otis Chancey; and his great grandchild Kaylee Elizabeth Flora Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Becky Flora (Jerry), Lawrenceburg Buffin, Cindy Buffin and Brian Chancey of Lawrenceburg; his siblings, Delorse, Knipp, Sylvia Durr, Louisville, Malcolm Chancey Jr, Donald Chancey, Lonnie Chancey and Lousiville; and his grandchildren, Robyn Smith, Daniel Flora, Brittany Hockensmith, Brandon Baker, Justin Baker, Jamison Buffin and Raven Sowder. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
